The crew for Argo and Kargo.
Kargo is very good at producing change, and the dangerous changes look exactly like the boring ones. Bosun is a gate that renders what a pull request deploys and blocks the changes that break things, and an agent that reads the gate's verdict, repairs what is provable, and hands a person everything that needs a decision.

What it does
Inspection first.
The gate renders your ApplicationSets at base and at head, and fails on a change that would break the cluster. It is what makes the repair safe to grant.
Fixes only what the rendered diff proves.
Dropped API versions, reshaped documents and chart values that moved are migrated deterministically, without any model at all.
Everything else goes to a person.
A handoff names the file, the key and the choice, so the decision is quick to make.
Nothing it touches is hidden.
A read-only tool surface answers what has stopped promoting and why a pull request is blocked. It mutates nothing.
